From Warehouse Floors to Six-Figure Businesses
How I built two six-figure businesses in two years and now help others take control of their time, income, and future.
My Story
I grew up with very little in Detroit, Michigan. Money was always tight, and from a young age I learned what it felt like to live without security or clear direction. When I was 18, I moved into someone else’s house and was given the chance to live rent free for three months. During that time, I walked about a mile and a half to work and back every day until I was finally able to afford a car.
Once I got a little stability, I did what a lot of people do. I settled into a routine. I got my own place, worked a job, played video games in my free time, paid my bills, and told myself everything was fine. Over time, though, debt slowly started to build and I realized that just getting by was not going to lead to the life I wanted.
At 20, I decided to go back to college, hoping it would open more doors. By the time I was 23, I was working in a warehouse while still in school and feeling more stuck than ever. I remember realizing that even though I was doing everything I was told was “right,” I was not moving forward. That’s when I made one of the hardest decisions of my life. I dropped out of college and committed fully to starting a business.
Five months after dropping out and launching my business, I was able to quit my warehouse job. I started in April, and by the end of my first year, I had made $98,000. In 2025, between two businesses, I brought in over $250,000 in revenue. Now, I am on track to reach $400,000 to $500,000 in 2026.
Business has completely changed my life. In just two to three years, it transformed my financial situation and gave me something I never had before, real control and a sense of direction. For the first time, I could see a light at the end of the tunnel.
I did not get lucky, and I am not an exception. What I learned is that building a business is not about talent or shortcuts. It is about being willing to work harder than most people, taking calculated risks, and staying consistent when things get uncomfortable. Early on, the competition is low because most people do not put in the effort. As you grow and push toward $500,000 and beyond, the competition increases, but by then you have built the skills and confidence to handle it.
That is why I care so deeply about helping others start and grow their businesses. I know what it feels like to be stuck, unsure, and stressed about money. Business has been one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I want others to experience that same shift. If I can do this, almost anyone can, and with the right guidance, many can do even better.
